Dubai – Mubasher: The benchmark index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 0.16% or 4.30 points to close Wednesday at 2,771.76 points.
DFM’s liquidity amounted to AED 164.72 million generated from 119.30 million shares traded through 2,952 transactions.
The market cap increased by AED 750 million to total AED 381.94 billion from AED 381.19 billion in the previous session.
At the sectors’ level, the services topped the gainers with 3.16%, while the consumer staples led the decliners with 1.53%.
Dar Al Takaful headed 17 risers with 11.76%, while Khaleeji Commercial Bank led 13 fallers with 10%.
Arabtec Holding was the most active stock on which 23.23 million shares were exchanged.
Emaar Properties recorded the highest trading value of AED 34.52 million.
