Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market's (DFM) general index added 0.17% or 6.01 points to 3,635.87 points on Tuesday.
Dubai Investments' stock, up 2.34%, pushed the market higher, after reporting a 5% year-on-year rise in net profits to AED 350.36 million ($95.37 million) for the third quarter of 2017.
Similarly, Emirates NBD went up 1.8% on positive quarterly results.
Aramex and Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) levelled up 1.4% and 0.16%, respectively.
The DFM’s trading volume reached 193.42 million shares, generating AED 374.65 million, through 3,188 transactions.
