DFM closes in green on cherry-picking purchases Tuesday

Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market’s (DFM) general index grew 9.37 points, or 0.33%, to close at 2,838.53 points on Tuesday on the back of selective purchases.

Arabtec Holding added 1.5% to AED 2.03, while Damac Properties and Emaar Properties went up 0.48% and 0.4%, respectively.

Emirates NBD rose 1.43% to AED 9.9 and Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) increased by 0.4% to AED 4.93.

Gulf Navigation jumped 5.3%, while Gulf General Investments Company levelled up 1.96% to AED 0.265.

The DFM’s trading volume reached 247.4 million shares, while the market’s liquidity amounted to AED 254.88 million.
