Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai Financial Market (DFM) opened at a decline in Tuesday’s early trades, weighed down by the fall of Arabtec Holding, Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) and Emaar Properties.
The DFMGI levelled down 0.25% or 8.4 points to reach 3,298.03 points by 10:40am UAE time.
The real estate sector was the worst performer after declining 0.5%, pressured by Arabtec and Emaar which retreated by 0.5% each.
The banks sector slid 0.3% as DIB decreased 0.6%.
The investment sector lost 0.25% after Dubai Parks and Resorts went down 0.25%.
The market saw trading of 72.9 million shares through 844 transactions, with a turnover of AED 56.14 million.
