UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets ended Sunday's trading sessions on a varied note.
The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) inched up 0.98% or 21.21 points to settle at 2,181.65 points by the end of Sunday's trading session.
A total of 94.15 million shares had been traded through 1,848 transactions valued at AED 95.93 million.
The market cap value reached AED 310.82 billion.
Amanat Holdings led the rising stocks with 3.82%, while Ajman Bank came on top of the losing stocks with 4.37%.
As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index went down by around 0.25% to close Sunday's session at 4,706.16 points.
Turnover amounted to AED 323.42 million after 80.17 million shares had been traded.
National Marine Dredging Co (NMDC) came on top of the green zone with 10.79%, while Abu Dhabi National Takaful Co led the red zone with 4.85%.
International Holdings Company topped the losing blue chips with 1.68%.
