Dubai – Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market gained 0.11% or 2.84 points by the end of Wednesday’s trading session, closing at the level of 2,703.86 points.
Turnover registered AED 294.10 million after 242.51 million shares were traded through 3,618 transactions.
The market cap value added AED 730 million, reaching AED 368.01 billion from AED 367.28 billion on Tuesday.
The consumer staples sector grew by 0.41%, while the services sector fell by 1.10%.
Al Madina for Finance and Investment rose by 7.95%, while Khaleeji Commercial Bank went down by 5.26%.
Air Arabia recorded the highest liquidity of AED 124.51 million through the exchange of 87.67 million shares.
DXB Entertainments inched up by 0.50%, while Arabtec Holding went down by 4.70%.
