Dubai – Mubasher: The general index of the Dubai Financial Market inched up 0.28 points, or 0.01%, to close at 2,688.05 points on Wednesday.
Market capitalisation grew to AED 368.46 billion on Wednesday, from AED 368.39 billion in the previous session.
The banking sector added 0.34%, while the real estate and financial services sectors declined by 0.58% and 0.52%, respectively.
Air Arabia topped the DFM’s gainers, surging 4.35%, while Amanat Holdings led the market’s losers, decreasing by 2.25%.
On the other hand, Damac Properties shed 1.52% and Dubai Investments lost 0.79%. Emaar Properties declined by 0.48% and Emirates NBD fell 0.19%.
Trading volume reached 133.02 million shares, while liquidity amounted to AED 184.26 million.
