Dubai - Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) has announced that the reduction of Khaleeji Commercial Bank's capital was executed, according to a press release on Wednesday.
Following the reduction, the total number of shares stands at 892.119 million shares, down from 1.050 billion shares.
Earlier, the bank's shareholders have approved the reduction of the paid-up and issued capital to BHD 89.211 million from BHD 105 million.
The bank will lower its capital by writing off accumulated losses at a total value of BHD 15.788 million.
