Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a negative performance in Thursday’s mid-session, weighed down by the decline of five sectors led by the transportation and banks.
The DFMGI fell 0.34% or 12.55 points to reach 3,713.35 points by 11:25am UAE time.
The transportation sector led losers with a 2.7% decline as Air Arabia decreased 8.63%.
The consumer staples sector declined 1.5% after DXB Entertainments levelled down 1.7%. The banks sector also slid 0.28% as GFH Financial Group sank 1.7%.
The market saw trading of 354.51 million through 4,277 transactions, with a turnover of AED 495.62 million.
