DFM foreign, institutional traders move to selling

Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Financial Market (DFM) data showed that foreign and institutional investors tended towards selling during the first week in December, against a buying tendency among Arab and local traders.

DFM was down during the week, as the main index lost 8.1% - the biggest weekly decline this year – as all sessions were in red.

Non-Arab foreign traders came as net sellers by AED 192.7 million, while non-GCC Arab traders were net buyers by AED 13.64 million.

GCC traders netted sellers by AED 15.33 million.

Non-UAE investors were net sellers by AED 194.4 million, while nationals were net buyers by the same value.

Institutional investors were net sellers by AED 162.4 million, while retail traders were net buyers by the same value.
