Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a positive performance in Thursday’s early trades, spurred by the rise of four sectors led by real estate and banks.
The general index rose 0.50% or 17.12 points to reach 3,412.33 points by 11:20 am UAE time.
The investment sector added 1.32% as DFM Company gained 1.7%.
The real estate sector grew 0.9% as Arabtec Holding and Emaar Properties went up 1.74% and 0.6%, respectively.
The banks sector added 0.30% as Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) increased 0.7%.
The market saw trading of 94.61 million shares through 1,254 transactions, with a turnover of AED 133.76 million.
