Dubai – Mubasher: The main index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) rose by the end of Tuesday’s trading session by 0.71% or 18.91 points, closing at the level of 2,701.02 points.
The turnover amounted to AED 199.29 million after 193.99 million shares were traded through 3,814 transactions.
The market cap added AED 1.4 billion, reaching AED 367.28 billion, up from AED 365.88 billion yesterday.
The real estate and the banks sectors edged higher by 1.26% and 0.08%, respectively.
Amlak Finance headed today's 25 rising stocks, with 14.91% gains, while Al Madina for Finance and Investment led the fallers with 4.35%.
Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) logged the highest turnover of AED 27.11 million, while Deyaar Development led the trading activity with 44.48 million shares.
Arabtec Holding’s stock rose by 3.47%, while DIB’s stock solely inched down 0.38%.
