Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) finished the week ended 22 November with a negative performance after its main index tumbled 23.85 points, or 0.86, to 2,754.91 points, registering its second weekly drop in a row.
The bourse’s traded volume reached 79.54 million shares, generating a turnover of AED 89.153 million over the week.
The real estate sector dipped 1.53% as Emaar Properties’ stock fell 2.45%, while the banks sector declined 0.48% after the heavyweight Emirates NBD’s stock slid 2.05%.
On the other hand, the telecommunication sector and its only stock, Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (Du), levelled up 0.8%, each.
