Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market’s (DFM) general index added 61.38 points, or 2.22%, to close at 2,825.76 points at the end of the week.
The DFM’s trading volume reached 623.23 million shares, while the market’s liquidity hit AED 824.82 million.
The banks sector gained 4.29%, as Emirates NBD soared 6.74% to AED 9.5, while Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) added 2.3%.
The real estate sector increased by 1.77% after Emaar Properties levelled up 3.34% to AED 4.95 and Arabtec Holding grew 1.57% to AED 1.93.
The investment sector inched up 0.08%, as Dubai Investments levelled up 0.53%.
