Dubai-Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a negative performance in Thursday’s early trades, in line with the decline of banks and real estate stocks.
The general index declined 0.01% or 0.10 points to reach 3,556.52 points by 10:30am UAE time.
The transportation sector topped losers after falling 0.65%, weighed down by Aramex and Air Arabia which slid 1.02% and 0.7% respectively.
The banks sector went down 0.10% as Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) decreased 0.18%.
The real estate sector fell 0.01% after Emaar Properties retreated 0.28%.
The market saw trading of 8.75 million shares through 178 transactions, with a turnover of AED 14.13 million.
