Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a negative performance in Wednesday’s early trades.
The main index fell 0.10% or 3.64 points to reach 3,540.51 points by 10:30am UAE time.
The services sector led losers after declining 0.62% as Amanat Holdings went down 0.9%. The real estate sector also slid 0.35% as Drake and Scull International (DSI), and Emaar Properties fell 0.9% and 0.4% respectively.
On the flipside, the banks sector rose 0.20% as Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) advanced 0.37%. The transportation sector also went up 0.20% after Gulf Navigation Holding increased 1.7%.
The market saw trading of 109.73 million shares through 773 shares, with a turnover of AED 88.76 million.
