Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai Financial Market (DFM) said it listed rights issue shares of Sharia-compliant insurer Takaful Emaraton the electronic clearing system, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
The company previously announced that it raised AED 50 million during the first tradable rights issue launched on 1 November and closed on 12 December.
The rights issue was 36.51% oversubscribed with AED 68.257 million shares subscribed.
