Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market’s (DFM) general index went down by 20.84 points, or 0.75%, to 2,769.58 points in a week.
Market capitalisation decreased by AED 1.35 billion to AED 381.16 billion over the week, compared to AED 382.51 billion in the previous week.
The banking sector fell 1.4%, while the investment and real estate sectors shed 0.7% and 1.6%, respectively.
Dubai Islamic Bank sank 0.5%, Emirates NBD levelled down by 2.5%, and Dubai Investments declined by 0.76%.
Emaar Properties lost 0.9% and Emaar Development fell 0.26%, whereas Emaar Malls shed 3.3% and Arabtec Holding dropped 13.9%.
