Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a positive performance in Monday’s early trades, backed by the rise of four sectors led by investment and banks.
The DFMGI rose 0.18% or 7.20 points to reach 3,488.12 points by 11am UAE time.
The investment sector added 0.73% as SHUAA Capital and Dubai Investments grew 3.2% and 0.43%, respectively.
The insurance sector went up 0.36% after Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Co (AMAN) climbed 3.35%.
The banks sector increased 0.26% as GFH Financial Group and Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) advanced 5.8% and 0.37%, respectively.
The real estate sector added 0.14% after Deyaar Development and Emaar Properties levelled up 0.7% and 0.4%, respectively.
Turnover reached AED 309.47 million after trading 150.76 million shares through 1,960 transactions.
