Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a negative performance in Thursday’s early trades, weighed down by the fall of four sectors topped by consumer staples and investment.
The main index fell 0.10% or 3.54 points to reach 3,527.05 points by 11:50am UAE time.
The consumer staples sector declined 1.62% as DXB Entertainments went down 1.9%.
The investment sector sank 0.5% after DFM Company decreased 0.7%. The real estate sector also retreated 0.15% as Emaar Properties fell 0.4%.
The market saw trading of 54.46 million shares through 768 transactions, with a turnover of AED 143.22 million.
