Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a negative performance in Tuesday's early trades, weighed down by the real estate and investment sectors.
The general index fell 0.24% or 8.32 points to reach 3,523.47 points by 10:30am UAE time.
The real estate sector led losers and levelled down 0.76% as Emaar Properties and Arabtec decreased 1.09% and 0.8%, respectively.
The investment sector slid 0.7%, after Dubai Investments Company (DIC) tumbled 0.8%.
On the other hand, the banks sector added 0.11% as Emirates NBD went up 0.6%.
The market saw trading of 34.59 million shares through 550 transactions, with a turnover of AED 35.47 million.
