DFM opens Wednesday in red zone

Dubai – Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) edged down 0.36% or 15.72 points to reach 4,375.89 points on Wednesday.

By 11:00 am UAE time, the services segment retreated 1.49%, dragged by Tabreed and Amanat which lost 0.95% and 1.75%, respectively.

The real estate sector went down 0.26%, in line with the 2.61% drop of Damac.

The market’s trading value amounted to AED 181.20 million after 149.67 million shares were exchanged.
