Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) kicked off Tuesday’s session in green, backed by real estate stocks.
The main index rose by 0.37% or 13.6 points to the level of 3,398.9 points.
The real estate was the best performing sector after gaining 0.9% as Emaar Malls, Arabtec and Emaar Properties advanced by 1.4%, 1.3% and 0.9% respectively.
The investments sector also grew 0.6% thanks to DFM Company and Dubai investments which pulled 0.7% and 0.5% higher respectively.
Trading volume reached 35.56 million shares after 672 trades were executed, with a turnover of AED 42.86 million.
On the other hand, three sectors opened in red topped by services.
