Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a positive performance in Monday’s early trades, backed by the rise of five sectors led by the real estate and investment.
The general index added 0.36% or 12.72 points to reach 3,543.60 points by 10:10am UAE time.
The insurance sector topped gainers with a 1.14% rise as Dar Al Takaful went up 4.7%.
The real estate sector advanced 0.48% after Emaar Properties grew 0.6%. The investment sector also climbed 0.15% due to an increase in DFM Company by 0.8%.
The market saw trading of 45.96 million shares through 593 transactions, with a turnover of AED 48.76 million.
