Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a negative performance in Thursday’s early trades, in line with the decline of investment and banks stocks.
The DFMGI declined 0.24% or 9.04 points to reach 3,637.04 points by 10:50am UAE time.
The investment sector fell 1.5% as DFM Company sank 2.04%.
The real estate sector retreated 0.19% after Drake and Scull International (DSI) and Emaar Malls Group (EMG) slid 2.8% and 0.4%, respectively.
The banks sector lost 0.18% as Amlak Finance and Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) decreased 0.8% and 0.16%, respectively.
The market saw trading of 113.6 million shares through 1,579 transactions, with a turnover of AED 108.58 million.
