Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a bearish performance in Tuesday’s early trades, weighed down by the fall of five sectors topped by investment and real estate.
The general index fell 0.13% or 4.41 points to reach 3,373.41 points by 11:35 am UAE time.
The investment sector slid 0.28% after Dubai Investments levelled down 0.46%. The real estate sector retreated 0.17% as Drake and Scull International (DSI) and Arabtec Holding slid 7.8% and 3.8%, respectively.
On the other hand, the banks sector added 0.09% due to a rise in Emirates NBD by 2.48%.
The market saw trading of 210.61 million shares through 2,280 transactions.
