Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Thursday temporarily suspended trading on GFH Financial Group.
The trading suspension on the group’s shares occurred after trading on the stock was also halted in Boursa Kuwait and the Bahrain Bourse (BHB), the DFM’s statement added.
Earlier on Thursday, GFH stated that its board discussed the dividend distribution policy.
The dividends distribution policy has been referred to the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), in accordance with regulations and instructions.
GFH Financial Group will announce when the board will discuss the dividend policy or any annual or unusual distributions.
