Dubai – Mubasher: The main index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) continued its rising trajectory at Tuesday's close, inching up by 0.80% or 21.84 points to reach 2,758.39 points.
The bourse’s turnover recorded AED 340.49 million where 279.05 million shares were traded through 4,602 transactions.
The market cap value hiked by AED 2.26 billion to stand at AED 374.35 billion from AED 372.09 billion on Monday.
Meanwhile, the services sector went up by 2.11%, whereas the consumer staples sector remained unchanged.
National Central Cooling Company (Tabreed) was the top winner with 3.26%, while Al Salam Group Holding was the top loser with 3.58%.
Emaar Properties showed the highest liquidity of AED 54.23 million, while Deyaar Development led the trading activity with 59.90 million shares.
As for the leading stocks, Damac Properties and Arabtec Holding rose by 2.66% and 2.21%, respectively.
