DHL Express partners with Kuwait’s MyFatoorah to facilitate online sales

Mubasher: Germany’s DHL Express has closed a cooperation agreement with Kuwait’s MyFatoorah under which both companies will enable users to sell their products effectively on social media platforms.

Customers will enjoy seamless payment processing experience, airway bill, and commercial invoice automation, according to a company statement released on Thursday.

“[Customer to customer] C2C e-commerce is growing at an exponential rate in the Middle East and seamless shipping has become an integral part of the experience,” DHL’s e-commerce regional director for MENA, Ali Thabet, commented.  

At a click of a button, MyFatoorah will enable social customers to pay online while providing their shipping information.

The founder of the Kuwaiti online payment services provider, Abdullah al Dabbous, said: “We are delighted to partner with DHL Express to encourage SMEs in the region to expand their reach and network and help build a stable platform for entrepreneurs across various business segments."
