Dubai - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) announced that it has issued a license for DIB Kenya, which is owned by the Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB), according to a statement.
The bank will exclusively offer Shariah compliant banking services in Kenya.
DIB will become the third fully Shariah compliant bank to be licensed in Kenya, the statement added.
