Dubai – Mubasher: DIFC Court of First Instance issued a verdict in favor of GFH capital (GCL) against its former deputy CEO, according to a DFM bourse filing.
"The verdict issued in favor of GCL is of an amount of circa USD 5 million", said the company.
Earlier, the company announced filing criminal and civil proceedings against the former deputy of GCL without revealing further details about the subject-matter.
