Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has announced the completion of The Exchange building.
The AED 180 million 8-storey building’s total leasable area reaches 147,000 square feet, according to an official statement released on Monday.
The Exchange comprises five basement levels, efficient office space, and a new conference centre.
Nasdaq Dubai, the UAE-based regional exchange, has leased 84% of the new building, DIFC revealed.
“DIFC continues to develop its world-class infrastructure to meet the requirements of its growing community and retain its reputation for providing the most attractive, sought-after business environment in Dubai.”
