DMCC opens representative office in China

UAE - Mubasher: Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) has opened a representative office in Shenzhen in China, which is expected to bring new business opportunities to Dubai.

The office was established in partnership with Yingtian Global, a corporate service provider that has enabled more than 300 Chinese businesses to expand in MENA, according to a press release on Monday.

This step will support DMCC in exploring business opportunities, connecting with potential partners, and attracting businesses to Dubai.

In addition, DMCC has developed a Chinese website for the representative office to provide Chinese companies with full information to help them join the free trade zone.

This announcement was made during an event in China, entitled ‘Expand your business in Dubai and beyond’.

The Executive Director – Free Zone of DMCC, Ahmad Hamza, said: "Sitting at the crossroads of the world, DMCC is eager to support Chinese businesses establish a foothold in the Middle East and beyond."

Meanwhile, the General Manager of China Business Centre DMCC, Yingtian Global, Li Feng, commented: "Dubai without a doubt presents the ideal ecosystem for Chinese businesses looking to expand across the Middle East and we are confident that DMCC will enable those companies to seamlessly tap into a vast array of opportunities."
