Dubai-Mubasher: The Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME) posted a 11% increase in trading volumes till date this year, according to a statement.
Ten billion barrels of Omani crude oil were traded on the exchange since inception.
DME delivered 27.34 million barrels in March 2016.
“DME is witnessing strong interest from new players in Asia and we continue to grow our customer base, which currently includes more than 90 global players,” DME Chairman Ahmad Sharaf added.
