Cairo – Mubasher: DP World Sokhna, DP World's unit, has announced the inauguration of an EGP 3 million customer services centre covers all activities and operations carried out by the Emirati company’s clients.
DP World Sokhna seeks to offer the state-of-the-art logistic services that comply with the international quality standards and facilitate trade activities, the firm’s CEO Ajay Singh said.
The centre was established at the entrance of Ain Sokhna Port to be accessible from the main road and was equipped with a sophisticated telecommunication system enables customers to review, coordinate, and manage their services with the help of a specialised and professional team, Singh added.
In February 2018, the Suez Canal Authority and the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) inked an agreement with DP World to develop the first phase of an integrated industrial and residential zone in Ain Sokhna.
