UAE – Mubasher: DP World announced the completion of the buy-back of the UK-based P&O Ferries, Al Bayan Newspaper reported.
The AED 1.45 billion deal was originally announced on 20 February, the Emirati newspaper added.
The Dubai-based ports operator previously in February revealed it had acquired P&O Ferries and P&O Ferrymasters for $421 million.
