Dubai - Mubasher: DP World acquired an additional stake of 23.94% in Pusan Newport Company Limited (PNC) in South Korea.
Following this transaction, DP World stake in PNC will be 66.03%, according to an offical press release.
PNC is the largest terminal in the port of Pusan with 5.25m TEU capacity, handling 34% of the new port volumes.
