UAE – Mubasher: The merger of DP World’s Topaz Energy and Marine and P&O Maritime is expected to be finalised by the end of 2019, Reuters reported, citing Topaz's CEO René Kofod-Olsen as saying.
"This is not going to be a long process," René Kofod-Olsen said.
It is worth noting that both P&O Maritime and Topaz Energy are subsidiaries of the Dubai-based global port operator DP World.
