Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Properties (DP) on Sunday reported that it has appointed Seidco General Contracting Company (SEIDCO) to be the main contractor for a AED 200 million Bellevue Towers project in Dubai.
The contract is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019, according to a company statement.
“Choosing the right contractor for an iconic project such as Bellevue Towers is crucial and we are pleased to have appointed SEIDCO as our trusted partner to bring the destination to life,” according to Marwan Al Kindi, the executive director for sales and sales operations at DP.
The Bellevue Towers project will offer 319 residential units spread on 717,156.57 square feet and is located close to the waterfront of Marasi Business Bay.
