Dubai – Mubasher: Drake and Scull International (DSI) decided to postpone its general assembly meeting from 4 September to 9 September, according to a bourse statement.
The company attributed the postponement to its incomplete quorum.
DSI’s shareholders will mainly review the board’s report regarding the proposed capital cut, according to a statement. The issued capital worth AED 2.3 billion should decline by 75% through extinguishing accumulated losses valued at AED 1.7 billion.
