Dubai – Mubasher: Drake and Scull International (DSI) has announced that its ad-hoc investigation committee appointed by the company’s board has concluded its works.
All detected violations committed by DSI’s previous management was included in a report that was handed to the competent government authority to initiate the required legal procedures, the Dubai-listed company said in a bourse statement released on Wednesday.
The developer’s management has stated that it will keep shareholders updated with any new developments.
