Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) has announced the completion of the last phase of its commercial and retail development in One Central.
With the completion of The Offices 4 and 5 ahead of the scheduled date, the total completed commercial and retail space in One Central reached 1.72 million square feet, in addition to 4,380 parking spaces, according to Arabian Business.
One Central comprises commercial, hospitality, entertainment, and residential components designed to form a unified sense of place.
The next phase of the development includes the 434-room AccorHotels’ 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central, which is planned to be delivered by June 2020.
