Dubai – Mubasher: DXB Entertainments’ shareholders had approved the continuity of the company’s operations during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Wednesday.
The OGM also approved halting works on the Six Flags Dubai Project, according to a statement to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Thursday.
The remaining proceeds of the rights issue will be reutilised according to the presentation of the board of directors.
The company’s OGM also approved the board’s proposal for directing the “proceeds of the rights issue to maximise shareholders’ value by enhancing the existing theme parks of Motiongate Dubai and Bollywood Parks Dubai.”
