Mubasher: DXB Entertainments said that Fayez Mohamed Al Boainin resigned from the company's board as of 26 July 2017, according to a bourse statement.
The company had earlier announced the resignation of Raed Kajoor Al Nuaimi from his position as the managing director; however, he remained a non-executive member of the board.
