Dubai – Mubasher: DXB Entertainments and Merlin Entertainments Group will open the first Legoland Hotel in the Middle East (ME) at Dubai Parks and Resorts, according to a statement.
Located adjacent to the existing Legoland Dubai theme park, the hotel is a 60:40 joint venture between the Dubai-listed firm and Merlin.
To be operated by the British-based company, the 250-room hotel will be established on approximately 300,000 square feet.
