Dubai- Mubasher: Damac Properties will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Wednesday to discuss amending the dividend distribution policy to be in line with the federal law no. 2 of 2015, according to a bourse filing.
The OGM will also consider the company’s objectives, the number of board members, and its powers to abide by the aforementioned law.
The OGM held in April had decided distributing cash dividends at 15 fils per a share.
