Dubai – Mubasher: Damac Properties said Damac Towers in Dubai’s Burj area is over 85% complete, according to a statement.
The project is making progress with superstructure works 100% complete.
The Dubai-based is currently selling units in three of the towers to be operated under its DAMAC Maison brand, with sales value estimated at $1.35 billion.
Damac has awarded China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Middle East) an AED 554 million contract to build the 27-floor tower.
