Dubai – Mubasher: Damac Properties has awarded a works contract worth AED 40 million to Proscape at Vardon cluster within Akoya Oxygen in Dubai, according to a statement.
Under the contract, the company will carry out the roads and infrastructure works at Vardon.
Akoya Oxygen is a 55 million-square foot lush green development in Dubailand.
“Home to over 2,000 luxury hotel apartments, the development boasts a long promenade offering high-end shopping, dining, and entertainment in a beautiful setting,” the statement said.
