Dubai – Mubasher: Damac Properties has awarded a contract worth AED 58.4 million to Towers Technology Contracting Co for a project in Dubailand, according to a statement.
Under the deal, Damac will carry out the main structure works of villas at Mulberry cluster in AKOYA Oxygen.
The grading works, final design, and mobilisation works at Mulberry cluster are all completed, while engineering works and deep service works are in progress.
