Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai-based developer Damac Properties signed a deal worth AED 960 million ($261.36 million) with Lendlease to build its AYKON London One tower in London, according to a statement.
Located in Nine Elms on the south bank of the River Thames, the 50-floor tower contains 450 residential units and is scheduled for completion in 2020.
The tower has a total development value of AED 3.1 billion.
